We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
For international orders, shipping options and rates will vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

KONQUER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
